Recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring for diverse client mandates across industries.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
– Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordination, negotiation, and closure
– Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, references, social platforms, and
networking
– Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on client requirements, JD parameters, and fitment
criteria
– Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client stakeholders efficiently
– Follow up with candidates and clients regularly to maintain momentum and avoid drop-offs
– Maintain and update candidate pipeline and database in ATS/CRM with accuracy and discipline
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring KPIs — sourcing targets, submission ratios, interview
pipelines, and closures
– Work closely with the Team Manager to prioritize mandates, plan delivery, and ensure on-time closures
– Understand client requirements clearly, ask the right questions, and work on multiple positions
simultaneously
– Maintain professional, prompt, and empathetic communication with both candidates and clients at all times
– Negotiate salary, offers, and joining timelines effectively to minimize drop-outs and maximize
acceptance
– Ensure timely ATS/CRM updates, tracker maintenance, and weekly reporting to the Team Manager
– Build long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines for recurring and future client demands
