Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Indeed, Job Hai, referrals, and social media.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Screening & Interviewing
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and virtual HR screening interviews.
Assess candidates' communication, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Share interview feedback and maintain candidate records.
Candidate Management
Follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Schedule interviews and ensure candidate attendance.
Handle salary discussions and offer rollouts.
Manage joining formalities and onboarding.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.

Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Maintain quality candidate pipeline.
Reduce interview no-show ratio.
Improve offer acceptance and joining ratio.
Close positions within the defined TAT.
Ensure positive candidate experience.
