Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive to join our team. The role is primarily focused on Recruitment (70%) and HR Operations (30%). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong recruitment mindset, and the ability to manage HR operations efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

  • Understand hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, references, and internal databases.

  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

  • Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

  • Negotiate salary and ensure successful offer acceptance.

  • Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates until joining.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.

  • Update recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.

  • Achieve monthly recruitment targets within defined timelines.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.

HR Operations (30%)

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.

  • Collect and verify employee documentation.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll data preparation.

  • Coordinate background verification (BGV).

  • Assist in statutory compliance documentation.

  • Handle employee queries related to HR processes.

  • Support employee engagement activities.

  • Maintain HR MIS and operational reports.

  • Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.


Desired Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.


Educational Qualification

  • MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Graduate with relevant HR experience.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.

  • Experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Company will be preferred.
