Recruitment:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities

HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in attendance and leave management tracking
- Support payroll inputs coordination
- Help in preparing HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Internship, Experience, etc.)
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Support HR compliance documentation
