We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple roles while ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule interview rounds.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and documentation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Experience working on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
