Job Description – Recruitment Executive / Placement Executive

Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Executive for our placement consultancy. The candidate should have prior experience working in a recruitment consultancy and must be capable of generating company leads, coordinating with employers and candidates, and closing job vacancies successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new company leads for recruitment and placement services.

• Contact companies, HR managers and business owners to identify their hiring requirements.

• Coordinate with companies to collect job profiles, salary details and vacancy requirements.

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, social media and other recruitment channels.

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews between candidates and companies.

• Follow up with candidates and employers until the candidate joins the company.

• Maintain company databases, candidate records and recruitment follow-up reports.

• Build long-term relationships with companies to obtain regular hiring requirements.

• Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a recruitment consultancy or placement agency is preferred/required.

• Ability to generate company leads independently and approach HR managers for hiring opportunities.

• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage both company clients and job candidates.

• Knowledge of job portals, WhatsApp recruitment and candidate sourcing.

• Target-oriented, confident and capable of closing placements.

Salary & Incentive Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

• Performance Incentive: 10% of the recruitment payout actually received from the company for eligible placements, as per company incentive policy.

• Incentives are payable according to the applicable company policy and successful placement payout.

Ideal Candidate

A candidate who has previously worked with a recruitment consultancy, has contacts with companies and HR departments, can generate new business leads, and can coordinate effectively with candidates to complete successful placements.
