Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Conduct initial HR screening and shortlisting of candidates.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Assist management in organizing meetings and maintaining records.
Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
