Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling
interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Manage attendance, leaves, and employee queries related to HR policies.
• Support in drafting HR policies, letters, and other documentation.
• Assist in performance management processes and appraisals.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Handle exit formalities including full & final settlements and exit interviews.
• Work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned
with business goals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Problem-solving and people management skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
• Prior experience in HR operations/recruitment will be an added advantage.
