Collaboration: Partnering with department managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
Relationship Management: Building relationships with candidates, managing offer negotiations, and conducting reference checks.
Reporting: Tracking key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Skills:
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
