SparesHub.com, a venture of Iradium Automobiles Private Limited is looking for candidates to lead their HR front. to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role requires the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring quality talent acquisition within defined timelines. We are an automobile products-based marketplace that offers the best and highest variety of automobile spare parts for 4-wheeler segments across India. We are seeking energetic, motivated, and articulate team players who will be the HR point of contact from entry to exit of an employee.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Working with external recruitment consultancy agencies for recruitment
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS reports and track key hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Required Skills & Candidate Profile:
· Prior experience as an HR Recruiter
· Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. Payroll, Admin, recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
· Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and payroll management.
· Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
· Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs, reimbursements, and salary disbursement.
· Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
· Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
· Assist in onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
· Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency in using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
· Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Experience:
Graduation + MBA in HR required. (2 year PGDM accepted)
5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
