We are looking for a BHR to join our team Vision India Pvt Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit process.
Maintain employee records in HRMS with 100% accuracy.
Manage attendance, leave data, employee master, and documentation.
Issue letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate with central HR teams for seamless process execution.
2. Compliance Management
Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and other labor laws.
Maintain all mandatory registers, forms, and compliance documentation as per state-specific laws.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and local authorities for inspections and audits.
Ensure timely filing, record keeping, and adherence to all legal requirements at the site level.
3. Offer Generation & Documentation
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to generate offer letters and appointment documents.
Prepare salary structures, CTC breakups, and maintain offer trackers.
Ensure accuracy and timely release of offers to selected candidates.
Support pre-joining formalities and document collection.
4. Employee Support
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries at the site.
Support grievance handling and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Assist with HR audits, MIS reporting, and data management.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Good command over MS Excel and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and process-driven.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate/MBA and 2 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
