Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organization.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Negotiate offers and communicate employment terms to selected candidates.
Coordinate pre-employment checks, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and employment regulations.
