Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing and calling seafarers as per vessel requirements

• Screening and shortlisting CVs rank-wise (Deck / Engine / Catering)

• Verification of crew certificates, CDC, COC, STCW, medical & flag requirements

• Coordination for Form-1 generation and DG Shipping portal updates

• Maintaining and updating crew database in Excel and internal systems

• Tracking sign-on / sign-off, relief planning, and crew availability

• Coordinating with vessel owners, managers, masters, and crewing teams

• Ensuring compliance with MLC 2006, DG Shipping & RPSL audit requirements

• Maintaining proper documentation and records for audits and inspections

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in crewing / manning / maritime operations

• Working knowledge of DG Shipping portal & Form-1 process (preferred)

• Good understanding of ranks, vessel types (OSV, DP, Cargo, Tanker, etc.)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & email communication

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under deadlines

• Experience with RPSL-registered company will be an added advantage
