
Job Summary:
The HR Executive at VAK Reports is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance monitoring and employee engagement. The role requires proactive coordination with different departments, ensuring smooth HR operations, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR protocols.
Able to do bulk calling
HR Operations & Administration
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary structure and payouts.
