HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and hire quality candidates across multiple roles within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.

• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Conduct salary negotiations and facilitate offer rollouts.

• Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.

• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining recruitment quality.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

• 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience in bulk hiring and corporate recruitment will be an added advantage.
