We are looking for an HR Recruiter / HR Executive who can manage both hiring and day-to-day HR activities in the company. The role includes recruitment, attendance tracking, employee records, onboarding, and overall coordination between management and staff.
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee details and HR-related documents.
Track attendance, leaves, and daily reports.
Prepare appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.
Coordinate with management for interviews and new joiners.
Maintain a positive work environment and support employee queries.
Plan small employee engagement activities (birthdays, events, etc.).
Maintain proper communication between staff and management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp/email handling.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Graduate or Postgraduate (BCom, BBA, MCom, MBA HR preferred).
1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
