Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and initial assessments.
Develop and manage a talent pool to meet current and future hiring needs.
Job Posting & Advertising:
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media, etc.).
Write clear and engaging job descriptions that attract top candidates.
Candidate Engagement:
Engage with candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
Interviewing & Selection:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the interview process, including behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets, and team dynamics.
Ensure alignment between hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
Offer Management:
Coordinate offer letters and employment contracts.
Conduct salary and benefits negotiations with candidates.
Data Management & Reporting:
Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality, etc.).
Onboarding:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Ensure new employees complete necessary paperwork and are prepared for their first day.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Suggest innovative sourcing methods to improve the talent pool.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (06-1years) as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environment.
Familiarity with conducting virtual interviews and using video conferencing tools.
