HR Recruiter

Job Description – HR & Recruitment Executive (F&B Retail Operations) Department: Human Resources Designation: HR & Recruitment Executive Reporting To: HR Manager Job Summary The HR & Recruitment Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of store-level employees for F&B operations, ensuring timely manpower availability across outlets. The role also includes basic HR operations such as onboarding, employee documentation, attendance coordination, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Recruitment • Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level positions such as: o Store Manager o Assistant Store Manager o Team members • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and local hiring drives. • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. • Coordinate interviews with Operations Managers and Area Managers. • Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements. • Generate and maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring. HR Operations • Complete joining formalities and employee documentation. • Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding. • Ensure statutory and employee documents are collected and verified. • Coordinate attendance and leave-related queries with stores. • Support employee confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. • Maintain employee records and HR databases. • Assist in employee engagement activities and induction programs. • Coordinate with Payroll for new joiners and employee updates. • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Skills Required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good knowledge of recruitment processes. • Ability to handle bulk hiring. • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Good coordination and follow-up skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment timelines. • Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding.
