Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases
Share offer letters and follow up for joining
Maintain recruitment reports and MIS
Ensure positive candidate experience

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of HR and hiring processes
Good coordination and follow-up skills
MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
