HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter – Non IT is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-technical roles across various departments while ensuring timely closure of positions and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non IT positions (admin, operations, sales, finance, support staff, etc.)

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

• Coordinate interview schedules with department heads

• Manage offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

• Build a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements

• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets

• Follow company recruitment policies and processes

• Support HR operations when required
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in Non IT recruitment

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

  • Ability to meet deadlines and hiring targets

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
