Job Description – Recruitment Executive (Headhunting Team)

Position: Recruitment Executive
Location: Stellar IT Park, C-25, Sector 62, Noida (Work From Office)
Salary: Upto ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives (5% team incentive once monthly revenue ≥ ₹2,00,000)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

·         Understand client hiring requirements & draft clear JDs.

·         Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and AI tools.

·         Use AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for resume ranking, outreach, and reporting.

·         Brief and prepare shortlisted candidates for interviews.

·         Coordinate internal evaluations & client submissions.

·         Handle client communication, interviews, and feedback.

·         Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.

·         Fresher are Welcome

·         Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

·         Quick learner, eager to use AI tools for productivity.
