Key Responsibilities -
Sourcing and Attraction:
Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, social media, and databases.
Screening and Assessment:
Review resumes, applications, and portfolios to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Interviewing and Selection:
Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate suitability and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interview stages.
Offer and Negotiation:
Extend job offers, manage compensation package negotiations, and facilitate the signing of offer letters.
Candidate Management:
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and present shortlisted candidates.
Onboarding:
Assist with the onboarding process to help new hires integrate fully into the company.
Reporting:
Provide analytical and documented reports on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
Knowledge of relevant recruitment and selection methods, as well as employment laws and best practices.
