Responsibilities-  Use job boards, social media, and networks to find potential candidates.  Conduct initial screenings and select candidates for interviews.  Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.  Stay updated on industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.  Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes. Required Skill Sets: 1. Must a MBA graduate or Certified HR Professional 2. At least 0-6 month of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on BDS/Sales roles. 3. Strong Communication Skills 4. Proficiency with Recruitment Tools: Analytical Abilities: 5.
