We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Yelahanka, Bangalore. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and company growth. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
· Internal Recruitment:
o Source and screen potential candidates for open positions within Trijit Technologies.
o Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews.
o Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
o Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
o Assist with processing payroll data and ensuring timely payments.
o Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll.
o Address employee inquiries regarding payroll.
o Process employee leave requests in accordance with company policies.
o Track employee attendance and manage leaves.
o Generate reports on leave and attendance data.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (preferred).
· Freshers with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in HR are welcome to apply.
· Experience in HR functions (internal recruitment, payroll, leave management) is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
