HR Recruiter

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter (Sales Background Preferred)

Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3 months to 1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a strong sales mindset to manage end-to-end recruitment for Permanent and Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with clients, understanding hiring requirements, sourcing quality candidates, and driving successful closures. Candidates with experience in recruitment, inside sales, business development, BPO, or customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand client hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for Permanent and Contract Staffing.

· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

· Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.

· Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

· Handle offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding.

· Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.

· Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Skills

Language - Hindi & English

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.

· Good sourcing and screening skills.

· Sales mindset with negotiation and convincing skills.

· Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and ATS/CRM tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification

· Graduate in any discipline

· Experience: 3 months to 1 year in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Inside Sales, Business Development, or BPO.
