About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Intern / Recruiter to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly.
• Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles .
Requirements
• Graduate / pursuing graduation (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment will be a plus (training will be provided).
• Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined while working remotely.
• Laptop/PC and stable internet connection are mandatory.
