7. *Reporting and Analytics:* Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire, to optimize recruitment strategies.

8. *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.

*Requirements:*

1. *Experience:* 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

2. *Skills:*

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM).

3. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
