Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment reports regularly.
Manage full-cycle recruitment from identifying potential candidates to final selection.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and candidate sourcing ability.
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
