HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Schedule and conduct interviews (telephonic, online, and face-to-face).

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process.

• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
