We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
