Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/portals.
Experience in bulk hiring / technical hiring (optional, based on company).
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
