Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

Research Ayu is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter (Blue Collar) to manage bulk hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment or mass hiring, along with good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements.

Make 80–90 calls daily to source, screen, and connect with potential candidates.

Source candidates through job portals, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, and availability.

Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely joining.

Maintain daily calling reports, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for multiple job openings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in blue-collar hiring, bulk hiring, mass recruitment, or telecalling.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Comfortable making high-volume recruitment calls and working with targets.

Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.
