Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various client requirements across industries. The HR Recruiter will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Client Requirements
o Communicate with clients to understand job requirements, job descriptions, and hiring expectations.
o Analyze job specifications and determine suitable sourcing strategies.
2. Sourcing Candidates
o Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and professional networks.
o Use platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruitment tools to identify qualified candidates.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
o Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
o Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and skills.
4. Candidate Coordination
o Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
o Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. Client Coordination
o Provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate progress.
o Ensure timely closure of open positions.
6. Database Management
o Maintain an organized database of candidates and job openings.
o Update candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring status in the system.
7. Offer & Joining Follow-up
o Assist in salary negotiation and offer discussions.
o Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding.
8. Reporting
o Prepare recruitment reports including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
o Track recruitment metrics and performance.
