We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates as per organizational requirements.
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual)
Schedule interviews with internal teams or clients
Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
Ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is a plus
Any graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
