We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support our growing hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare and roll out offer letters and support salary negotiations.

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

• Manage joining formalities and documentation.

• Support employee exit formalities, clearance processes, and documentation.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

• Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and hiring timelines.

• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Strong understanding of IT recruitment and hiring processes.

• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience hiring for IT roles such as Developers, Designers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Digital Marketing professionals.

• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.

• Experience in a fast-paced IT services environment.
