Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, and Social Media platforms
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Following up with candidates until joining
• Understanding client requirements and sourcing relevant profiles
• Supporting bulk hiring and niche recruitment assignments
✅ Minimum 3–6 months of Recruitment experience (Internship or Full-Time)
✅ Basic knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
✅ Familiarity with Social Media Hiring and Candidate Mapping
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
