Job Overview:

We are hiring a Field Recruiter for The Research Ayu Company, which operates multiple hospitals across Mumbai. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to visit hospital locations and coordinate with local residents or sources in the surrounding areas to recruit housekeeping staff as per the company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned hospital locations across Mumbai

Engage and network with local communities

Identify and hire housekeeping personnel as per staffing needs

Coordinate with the internal HR/Admin team for onboarding
