Job Brief:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles and support HR operations to ensure smooth hiring and employee lifecycle processes. The role requires strong coordination, sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple requirements efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR Operations Support
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with other teams if required
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and interview methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/recruitment tools.
Result-driven with effective negotiation capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Exposure to lateral hiring processes
