As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be the driving force behind identifying, engaging, and hiring the best talent for multiple industries. You’ll work closely with clients & candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment, and contribute to building strong professional networks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing → Screening → Interviewing → Hiring).

• Building & maintaining candidate pipelines through various platforms (Job portals, LinkedIn, social media).

• Coordinating with clients & managers for interview scheduling and hiring updates.

• Maintaining recruitment databases & daily reports.

• Supporting campus hiring drives & internship programs.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Strong networking & sourcing ability.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Knowledge of MS Office, job portals & social media recruitment (preferred).
