As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for calling candidates, sharing job opportunities, and recruiting them for various roles in the BPO Sector.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Calling and coordinating with candidates

• Sharing job openings and explaining role details

• Screening and shortlisting candidates

• Scheduling interviews with the operations team

• Maintaining candidate database and reports

🎯 Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills

• Good convincing ability

• Prior experience in recruitment or calling preferred (but not mandatory)

• Graduate or Diploma holders can apply
