We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gulf Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles based in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Gulf job market, and sourcing strategies for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled positions.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Gulf-based positions — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Source candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and international job fairs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across multiple roles and industries.
Coordinate with Gulf-based clients to understand job requirements, visa processes, and onboarding logistics.
Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates based on job specifications and client needs.
Ensure compliance with Gulf labor regulations and visa requirements (e.g., work permit processing).
Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and placements using ATS or CRM tools.
Develop strong relationships with overseas employers and manpower agencies.
Provide market insights and salary benchmarking for Gulf roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in Gulf recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or overseas manpower consultancy.
Strong knowledge of GCC employment laws, visa processing, and labor regulations.
Experience recruiting across sectors such as construction, oil & gas, healthcare, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukrigulf, Bayt, Monster Gulf), LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
