· End to end hiring

· Client handling

· Sourcing candidates from LinkedIN, job portals, Internal data base, in line with job descriptions

· Conducting Screening calls

· Coordinating all intervie rounds

· Regularly contacting client SPOC for feedbacks

· Negotiating and convincing – Candidates and SPOC

· Ensuring timely follow up for offers, joining etc
