Position Details

• Role: IT & Non-IT Recruiter

• Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

• Experience Required: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding

• Screen and evaluate candidates as per job requirements

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles

• Handle offer discussions and ensure smooth candidate onboarding

• Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines efficiently
