Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local recruitment channels.

- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.

- Fulfil daily and monthly recruitment targets.

- Maintain candidate databases and daily joining reports.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team and reporting managers.

- Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements as per client demand.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with good communication skills may apply.

- Experience in HR recruitment or bulk hiring will be an added advantage.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and recruitment portals is preferred.

- Must be target-oriented, proactive, and willing to work in a team.
