Job Title : HR Recruiter

Location: Udaipur , Shobhagpura

Experience: 6 months to 4 years recruitment experience (consultancy preferred).

Role:

Seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager / Senior Recruiter to handle client requirements, lead a recruiter team, ensure timely hiring delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and understand client job requirements

• Source, screen & shortlist candidates

• Schedule interviews and ensure timely submissions

• Lead & guide recruiter team; track performance

• Handle client calls, escalations & share updates

• Improve sourcing strategy & recruitment process

• Prepare daily/weekly reports

Skills Needed:

• Strong end-to-end recruitment knowledge

• Excellent sourcing skills (Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed)

• Good communication & client handling

• Team leadership experience

• Target-driven & good decision-making

Qualification:

• Graduate in HR related field.

• Team handling experience is a plus
