Job Description:
Stratify Consultants is hiring an HR Recruiter for our Badlapur office. We’re looking for someone passionate about hiring and career growth in the HR domain.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Source and screen candidates through various platforms

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

• Maintain candidate records and reports

Requirements:

• Education: HSC to Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Immediate joiner preferred
