Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Handle joining formalities and induction process for new employees

Conduct training sessions for new joiners

Drive and coordinate employee engagement activities

Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation as per company policies

Support management in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
