Qualification: Bachelor's / PG in HR

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment & selection process

- JD creation, sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), screening & interviews

- Coordinate with consultants & portals

- Ensure TAT-based closures

- Handle document checks, salary negotiation, offer rollout

- Manage onboarding, induction, and HR documentation

- Maintain ATS & recruitment data

Requirements:

- Excellent communication & presentable

- Strong multitasking ability

- Candidates from/near Ghaziabad preferred
