Key Responsibilities

  • Visit client locations, plant sites, and local areas to conduct recruitment drives

  • Source candidates through field activities (placement agencies, local references, job fairs, ITIs, colleges, communities, etc.)

  • Conduct initial screening and interviews of candidates

  • Ensure documentation, verification, and joining formalities are completed

  • Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment MIS

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, community leaders, and training institutes

  • Achieve monthly/weekly hiring targets within specified timelines
