Hiring Blue Colored Employees.

Job Postings in Portals(Work India, WhatsApp, Instagram etc).

Sourcing Blue Colored Employees as per cliental needs.

Daily Callings referring Database(Minimum 70-90 Candidates as to reach on call).

Minimum -35 Joiners to be assured form each Telecallers.

Minimum -40 Joiners to be assured form each Recruiter.

Follow up with Clients Managers for Interview Feedback.

Shortlisted Candidates Onboarding & Documents Collection( Adhaar, PAN & Bank Account).

Follow up with Internal Team for ESIC,EPF Account Creation & Offer Letters Releasing.
